Power Press(J23)

J23 series of press machine is general open tilting press machine, which have simple structure, convenient operation and reliable performance. JC23-6.3, J23-10B, J23-16, J23-25A, JG23-35A, JG23-40A, JC23-63A and J23-80A use the rigid rotating key clutch. It is convenient to repair. The types marked with the letter A are equipped with emergency braking device, which can make sudden stop of slider in the range of 0-135 degree. These types are equipped with photo-electricity protection device. JD23-40A, JD23-63A and JD23-80A have double rotating keys structure to overcome the rebound when punching effectively. J23-100B uses the cast iron as machine body. The crank shaft is laid vertically and the distance of travel of eccentric-strap structure is adjustable. The friction clutch is air operated. It works steady and has little impact, which can stop the slider in any position.
